SharkBite 1" Brass Lead-Free Adapter. It seamlessly connects 1" Cross Link Polyethylene Pex Tubing to 1" Male Iron Pipe Thread Pipe End or Fitting. For secure barb end connections, you can use TV# 597556 Cinch Clamps & TV# 608743 Cinch Tool, or TV# 597325 Copper Crimp Rings & TV# 597693 Crimp Tool (not included). This adapter is immediately testable to well over 100 PSI and meets NSF/ANSI Standard 14-2009 & ASTM F 1807-9SI Standard for potable water transport, ANSI/NSF Standard 61 Annex G for Lead-Free compliance, and AB1953 California & VT S152 Vermont low lead restrictions.
