The Homewerks 16-in. Assist Bar with 7/8-in. diameter and exposed screws in a chrome finish is made from solid metal construction and can support up to 300 lbs. The 7/8-in diameter bar provides a comfortable grip for everyday use. The stud-to-stud mounting on this grab handle provides greater stability for long-lasting, reliable use. This safety bar includes a secure mounting assembly kit complete with six stainless steel screws. The support bar can be mounted into studs in a variety of positions: vertical, horizontal, or diagonal. If the desired mounting location is not over wood studs, additional mounting hardware is required for safe installation (sold separately). The industrial look of the exposed mounting screws for this support bar also makes for a quick installation. A limited lifetime warranty will provide peace of mind for years to come.
